between you and VentumFi. Our bookkeeping, controller, and CFO advisory services are
provided only pursuant to a written engagement agreement, and the terms of that
agreement — not these Terms — govern any services we perform for you. VentumFi is
not a certified public accounting firm and does not provide audit, attest, or assurance

Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of
Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or
relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal
courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of
such courts.

Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the

Severability; Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions
